What is the turnaround time for printables? TOP

Once your payment is received and you hvae sent all your details over your printables will be sent to your email address on file within 1-4 days. If you need them sooner please contact us first.

How do your printables work? TOP

When you place your order you will include in the the printable section your child’s Name, Age and Invitation details (if needed) Once we get your order and payment we will begin customizing your printables. Once they are all done (normally takes 1-4 days) we will send your PDF files over using You Send It to the email address provided with your order. Then you download and save your files. you can print at home or at a print shop ( it is your choice). Once printed just cut out and assemble.

What format do you send PDF or JPEG files? TOP

All files will b sent in PDF format. the only file we will send in JPEG format is the invitation but you must request to have it in JPEG format otherwise it will be sent in PDF format.

Can I add text or edit the printables? TOP

No once the items are sent over you can NOT edit them or add text to them. All editing will be done my Cupcake Express and may cost extra depending on what you need done. I can add text to your items for additional cost.

What type of paper do you reccomend? TOP

I use a heavy white cardstock such as 110lb cardstock or 80lb. cover paper. You can also you a matte or gloss photo paper it all just depends on the look you are wanting.

Will the colors print out exactly as i see on my computer? TOP

This is a hard question to answer, most of the times the colors are close to what are shown on your monitor, but you have to keep in mind every computer monitor will show colors differently. It also depends on what paper you use and what kind of printer you use. And if you are printing on and Inkjet or Laser printer will make a big difference on your colors and how they print out.

Can you design a custom printable package for me? TOP

It all depends on how busy I am with orders at the time and how long it is till you need your printables. Please email me at ashley@cupcakeexpressinc.com and put CUSTOM DESIGN in the title.

What do you use to print your Water Bottle Labels on? TOP

I use a Water Proof Label paper. I buy the 11x8.5 sheet and then cut out each of my water bottle labels. If you buy the sheets with 5 labels to a sheet will will find that it is hard to get the labels to print exactly within each labels so it is best to use a full sheet. You can get the water proof labels paper at lost of online shops but here is just a few:

Do you offer coupons or sales? TOP

What address do you ship the items to? TOP

We ONLY ship the items to the address shown on your Paypal payment. if you would like to ship it to a different address please change it on your account before making payment, as it is really easy to add another address.

Do you get new items in very often? TOP

Yes we are always looking for New items that catch our attention and think our customers would like. So check back often for new items.

Do you do custom designs for your Cupcake Wrappers? TOP

No not at this time.

Do offer Wholesale Pricing? TOP

Only some of our items can be offered at wholesale pricing. So if you are wondering on certain iems please contact us and we can let you know prices for those items.
